I live in tropical Queensland in Australia and know nothing other than very hot Christmas days. When I was a kid back in the 60's people mostly maintained the northern hemisphere tradition of hot roast lunch and hot plum pudding and custard. Nowadays here most families do cold lunch with prawns and other seafood. Or have a picnic at the beach. I would love to experience a cold Christmas some day though when the world opens up again!
