You can't just leave us in a cloud, here, JD. Cribbage isn't a partner game. If it's not Euchre, I'm reaching for another northern Midwest card game. Hearts? That's pretty widely played.....enquiring minds want to know!
Is it something called flabberjack? A friend tells me her elderly German relatives played that and it was so convoluted she suspected that it was the model for fizzbin, the card game played in Star Trek's episode "A Piece of the Action."
500 or euchre?
nah. euchre's a fun game.
Pinochle? Although pinochle is more fun than euchre.

Sheepshead? I’ve played that once with my father in law. It is quite a game to get your head around.
Hand and foot? That's a convoluted mess.....
But great fun.
Sheepshead or Solo? Steep learning curve on either.
