What a much needed group this is. Hopefully this continues to grow, to provide a safe space for people who struggle with this. hopefully bishops can grow their local programs to help people. I am interested in her saying this is a first in America. Surely (I say in my admitted ignorance of any programs) there are other faithful programs out there?

Yes, there is important thinking and living to be done here. JPII powerfully framed human sexuality as being central to the way we image God's interior life and love. But eros is only one of the "four loves," and we fall into one of the serious errors of the secular world if we emphasize it so much that we neglect the others.

Seems like more of a press hit ("Look at us!") than an interview.

I am getting tired of people using the ever-growing initialism LGBTQ[....]. It's intellectually lazy and just plasters a label on a diverse group of people. Dealing with SSA is one thing, and dealing with the trans mania (which now has big pharma behind it) is another.
