On the Pride portion of your post: after millenia of being beaten, abused and murdered for who they are, perhaps we could be less snarky and more, hmmm, what's the word? Christ-like.
Yes, Pride Month is here, and with it comes an urgent call to stand for the Truth, but never fall into sins against the 5th Commandment while doing so. Much of the GLBTQ+++ rancor and hatred for the Church is because of the sinful actions of verbal and physical violence perpetrated against them by Catholics, bishops, priests, and laity alike, and often under the guise of charity. It must stop. Such sins call no one to conversion, nor do they bring anyone to the Truth. They do the opposite. All who engage in such sinful violence will answer to God for their actions and the results of those actions.
Maybe we all need to stop normalizing and trying to mainstream all actions that we understand to be contrary to our relationship with God. Pride in anything/anyone that sets us apart from the love and communion with God is the issue. Less Pride and more repentance from All would be a great start.
Honestly, I have never seen so much hatred and ignorance on this site. I have tried to argue reasonably to no avail. I will not be renewing my subscription as this isn't so much a community as a public shaming forum.

Am I the only one who saw a Daniel Tiger / Mr Roger's reference at the end of the podcast?

Clearly the problem with some is the failure to comprehend the written word period.
