IF you do a live Zoom and let subscribers in, I suggest a component of the podcast should be "stump the canon lawyers" where people can submit questions and you have to answer them on the spot. To the law!
Given your obvious affinity with games and hard data analysis, if you do the Zoom idea, I propose an interactive game of higher/lower with Poll Everywhere (or the like) where JD and Ed try and guess their audience’s answers to all questions Christmas.
For your Christmas episode, I would like you to include a song: “The 12 Days of the Vatican Financial Scandal.”

Several ideas for a Christmas episode:
- take a well deserved week off
- live broadcast over Zoom and/or from your respective neighborhood bars.
- Mystery Science Theater style commentary on the Perlasca tapes
Other Christmas episode ideas:
-Ed talks about the Masons while JD just baits him with cross talk and puns (but I really do want to hear what Ed has to say about the Masons)
-Hogwarts vs Jersey Shore Christmas: not sure what this is but just run with it
-Pillar Wives: topics chosen and/or conversation run by Mrs. Flynn and Mrs. Condon
- All Games episode, maybe live on Zoom
