I have so many questions. Assuming hospitals make up the difference between the first page and the subsequent pages (which I think stands to reason), they had one heck of a turnaround. They went from losing 25 million in 2022 and 37 million in 2023 to losing 10 million in 2024. That would constitute nearly 70% of the overall improvement in net operating income between 2023 and 2024. How did they do that? Is it sustainable? And do the hospitals own their own investment portfolio that lost 6 million?
