Could we spread a rumor that they also celebrated a TLM, and maybe the Vatican would spring into action?

This "Synodal Way" looks more like a Highway to Hell than anything else, or maybe an Autobahn to Hell.

Changes not stated in the Vat II documents, but implemented in political styled committees, "synods", as described in this article about a recent "synod"; Communion in the hand, tearing out the altar rails, receiving Holy Communion while standing instead of kneeling, moving the altar and making it more like a table, "extraordinary" ministers in the sanctuary, moving the tabernacle to a broom closet, bowing instead of genuflecting in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, "extraordinary" eucharistic ministers acting as deacons and deaconesses, as the priest sits down, most dioceses and parishes and schools avoiding using the Catholic Catechism of the Catholic Church when teaching religion, instead devising some watered down version of it, so too of what the General Instruction of the Roman Missal says about celebrating mass....to what we hear in this report, getting rid of the ordained priesthood and replacing it with the "priesthood of the baptized" which for the most part has already happened in most parts of the US and Europe. The political nature of Bishop's Conference meetings, and synods and the chancery staffs who organize these events have been the method that these changes have come about. Most Catholics just want to do the right thing, and their local parish and school are a certain rock in their life, whatever the changes that may have occurred there over the years.

When Pope John Paul instituted the Luminous mysteries of the rosary, I remember him saying that one reason he did so was forseeing a time of darkness, and that it will be the sacraments, especially The Eucharist, which will illuminate, or be the vessel of illumination, out of the darkness, to guide us to the the "threshold of hope" in the Third Millenium. I do not think that those who are bent on changing the church, thinking they are adapting the church to "modern times", are aware of what John Paul foresaw, or the damage that they are doing.

you got to love synods which define themselves and their boundaries either to appease the age or just want not to be conflictual…so what do synods do… they want to change the geld doctrines and dogmas and precepts to go along with their designer secularized churches with the pride flag always front and centre and any other gadget they call a symbol of love and faith they can conjure up as sacred… this is the demise and the absolute sacrilege of a self absorbed money grabbing establishment in the same of bishop lay synodal way..good luck
