"Wyoming's Shady Ketchup" sounds like it could be a Robin catch-phrase: "Holy Wyoming's shady ketchup Batman, it's a Pillar Reader, and not a good one!"

Did you fly into Casper? Wyoming is beautiful, even the long stretches of high plains...

Hmm 😒. Ketchup connoisseur asserts ignorance of cheesewheels. I trust a responsible Pillar-reader has remedied this situation. 🧀 (Note rounded slice from wheel 🛞 of cheese.)

I presume they mean more than simply wheels of cheese! But I could be wrong.

I stand corrected. I thought it was a Dairy Shoppe, not a drive-in, car-hop restaurant. Silly me. Of course, a "cheesewheel" (never heard of it before today) is a battered, deep fried cheeseburger patty you have to see to believe!! At The Pillar, we dig for the Truth, even when our first impressions mislead us!!!

Very concerned we don't hear about the juridic nature of Maracaibo’s procession. Is it a canonical person? Is it jure vide? I'm just making up words now, but in light of the last 2 podcasts, this seems like something we might hear about this Friday...

I’m not a connoisseur of ketchup by any means but I have an infinite fondness for my home state Whalers. Thanks for sharing the logo. I’ll forgive you for the failure to add a link to Brass Bonanza. https://youtu.be/TJtiepwpKFw

No normal person is sampling ketchup for breakfast. What is your excuse?

JD, I'm so glad you're in Wyoming, which I think is the most beautiful place on Earth!

In addition to the subscriber chat, another new bit of Pillar functionality I noticed today is tags on posts; I've been quietly yearning for those for ages, especially for the Vatican finance reporting. I don't always have time to read those articles when the news drops, and tags mean I can get to what I need quickly. Thank you!!

I'm so curious what your impression will be giving a talk at a college with such an amazing tech policy! Do share if it strikes you to do so.

Try the Cowfish, or Lander Bar for supper. Also Middle Fork has great breakfast and lunch.

Kirk, I was wondering when in my life I would run into you on the interwebs. I am afraid JD is going to report back that he *was*, in fact, sampling the ketchup at the Middle Fork. Only homemade ketchup in town, and it's not like Oxbow or Maverick are serving anything but Heinz. My trust in JD's reporting has taken a huge fake news hit. I'm devastated.

Well.. it's possible. However, he mentioned a country atmosphere, including country radio. That ain't the middle fork I remember! Either way, this conversation has me pining for a Monte Cristo and a heap of the ol' fry sauce.

Ah, Lander is a beautiful place; we've been there twice. (Did you get to Sinks Canyon?) It's one of the few places both my wife and I would be willing to move at the drop of a hat (cowboy or otherwise) should the opportunity arise. Do you know if WCC is looking for a physicist?
