I read this first reading at all four of my grandparents’ funerals, and at my uncle’s funeral. I love it so much, and it is so special to me. You got as far as ‘The souls of the just are in the hands of God’ and I unexpectedly started crying - don’t know where that came from, but I guess it’s good to get it out of my system before Sunday! 😂
