I want to thank you for praying for my wife and family. I had to rush her to the ER this past Sunday, but out of that experience we were finally able to get her the medication she needed to begin recovering. I feel carried by the prayers of the community here, and am so deeply grateful.
I pray your trip to Rome goes well, and in thanksgiving for the work you do here I am going to figure out how to buy my priests subscriptions to the Pillar. May God bless you and keep you all.
Thank you for all you do, JD and Ed, and the whole Pillar team! We appreciate your incredible journalism!! Happy (American) Thanksgiving from a Northern Neighbour! 🇺🇸🦃🇨🇦
The pillar is undoubtedly the best source of current information available to faithful Catholics. I especially enjoy the interactive nature of the publication. A subscriber is an active participant in the story/conversation. I am also quite sure many bishops read the pillar. Thus the pillar offers a way for lay Catholics and clergy to tell the episcopal hierarchy what's on their mind. Keep up the great work.
You guys are great, I know I can lean-in on the "constructive" criticism sometimes (perhaps overly), but I really do appreciate all you do and will definitely renew (and look to gift a subscription to someone this Christmas).
The joint prayer of the Creed without the Filioque by Holy Father Leo and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew at the site of Nicaea I (now the town of Izmir) was both spiritually and emotionally uplifting. Just as we pray the Creed in every Divine Liturgy in the Melkite Catholic Church. May this example of communion in one faith by two great men speed the day of full sacramental communion between the Catholic and Orthodox churches.
I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the Pillar is a blessing I am thankful for this year, in particular the friendships made because of it. You guys are a "light shining in the darkness which the darkness cannot overcome". We love you guys and we'll support you all the way!!!
I was a paying subscriber during your first year after about 3 months because I was reading so regularly I felt an obligation to do so. I can’t understand long standing regular readers who continue to freeload (other than those who have taken a vow of poverty )
In part because so much social media does not ask for cash. They gather information on their participants at the behest of advertisers, who are learning how to manipulate these participants at the individual level. (They know your name, and they know where you live.)
We should pray for the freeloaders as poor lost souls in grave danger.
Only True Love, as we have come to know it in Christ, is offered freely to us, because He chose to pay that cost, Himself.
The Pillar is the only news site I find worth subscribing to. And I'm not even American! Thank you for your amazing work. You are a stellar example of Catholic journalism, one I would like to see imitated here in Europe.
My subscription to The Pillar is undoubtedly the one I value most. And the one I enjoy the most, even when the subject at hand is grave or discouraging, because I believe our Lord when He says the truth will set us free.

We're glad you're doing this work, too. Thanks, and keep it up!

Thank you for all you do. You are the only valuable source of catholic information I ended up reading, for usefulness, insight, and good spirit.
My prayers for the whole Pillar community 🙏🏻❤️

“The unity of friendship — has an actual impact on the way believers can engage with the world.”
I’ve been pondering the truth of this even in my own daily relationships!!! Thank you!
I am thankful for The Pillar because it’s helped me to come back to my faith.
Praise God! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
This sounds like a good future Pillar story.

My understanding is that they are here in America because one can't be successfully sued here for what one publishes if it is true. God bless America.
We do have similar laws here.
I’m thankful for The Pillar!
Also, in:
“I also think that since we worship a God of miracles, the prospect should not be dismissed as possible.”
Did you mean to say “impossible” instead of “possible”?
